I never post reviews of products (though I buy a ton on Amazon). But within 48 hours of my two-year-old son receiving this puzzle, he managed to throw away the A. We thought he’d hidden it, but it became clear it went out in the garbage. What’s an alphabet puzzle without an A? And it was brand new! I emailed the company that makes it, Hape, and told them what had happened. They send me a replacement A immediately and at no charge. Thank you!

My 2 year old son is absolutely obsessed with his ABCs, so I started looking for a few new alphabet toys to go along with his alphabet magnets and foam bath letters. I started researching different ABC puzzles after reading the many poor reviews for the one from my usual go-to brand (Melissa & Doug). After spending probably way too much time combing through all of the options here on Amazon, I went with this one as Hape’s seemed to be the best quality and a decent price, too. I know now that I made the right choice! My son LOVES this puzzle!!! He’s had it for 2 weeks now and still plays with it for literally hours every day. This toy is so well made, I didn’t even know that toddler toys could be this good without paying a fortune! Hape has definitely won me over and I’m excited to purchase some more toys from this brand now.
