  Not yet two, my grand daughter follows me around the house with this little box of goodies “Pz Grandma” is what she says. When I tell her it’s time for school she whoops a holler of joy. There are four projects inside. All repetitive. At first I thought too simple but the repeating of the flashcards, cardboard books, posters, and foam cutouts is doing the trick. She identified the color yellow and pink yesterday without being prompted. Her favorite number is two. Her favorite shape is the heart. She puts it on her chest when she learns her shapes. We work on one activity a day. Even though she can’t talk and speak the label of every item, she thoroughly enjoys the lessons inside this little case. I am recommending this to my friends and their little learners.

  I was so excited when this kit arrived! Very organized. It has 4 pull out plastic folders. Each folder has a different theme inside. So the first one is the alphabet there was flash cards, a hard board book, a pull out poster, and foam puzzles. The next set was colors, shapes, and lastly numbers. Its a very basic design, but thats all you need. I added the touch and feel cards my first words, and animals along with the melissa and dougs version of the latch boards. All together a great start for learning at home.

  I bought this kit at christmas for my 16 month old and she is now 18 months and knows all the alphabet and can say a word that starts with that letter without looking at the pictures, knows all the colors and can match them to the board, the same with the shapes and numbers…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! I use a very casual approach (make it fun) and she just took to it. I keep it packed away where she can see it and every day she asks to play with a puzzle. When we play match the color to the board,(or any other) my funny little girl will purposly put it on the wrong color to hear me say (in a funny voice) nooooo silly, then she will giggle and put it on the right color so she can hear me clap and say great job!!!
